Financial
My practice accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. I will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and take the time to call your insurance company to advise you of your plans coverage. Finances have never been, and will never be my priority, or prevent a patient from receiving care in my practice, it is not what drives me to be a doctor. Being of service to my community, helping people to have fuller pain free lives, is what drives me, and what I value in my life.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
